These Terms govern your use of Cogniform provided by Hyperwise LLC ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts & Tenants

Admins create or join a tenant (organization). You are responsible for activity under your tenant and for the accuracy of content you upload.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• No attempts to disrupt or bypass security.

AI Outputs

AI-generated content may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing before use.

Payment

If paid plans are enabled, fees are billed per the selected plan. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension.

Data

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a license to process it to provide the Service.

Disclaimers & Liability

Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate for breach or misuse.
