What we collect

• Account/admin details (email) and tenant info.
• Assessment content you create (questions, docs) and participant responses/scores.
• Technical data (logs, cookies for sessions).

How we use it

• To deliver the service (adaptive assessments, grading, analytics).
• To secure and improve the platform.

Use of OpenAI

We send assessment prompts, questions, and free-text answers to OpenAI's API solely to generate and grade content. We do not allow OpenAI to train on your data (per our API settings). OpenAI may retain logs for abuse monitoring per their policy.

Retention

Tenant admins can delete assessments and responses at any time. Backups are rotated on a schedule.

For access, export, or deletion, contactinfo@hyperwise.io. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

Encryption in transit; database access restricted; role-based admin access. Report issues to info@hyperwise.io.
